Abstract:
본 발명은 생물반응기(bioreactor) 내 배양에 의해 쥐오줌풀( Valeriana fauriei var. dasycarpa Hara) 뿌리를 생산하는 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 생산되는 쥐오줌풀 뿌리 및 상기 쥐오줌풀 뿌리로부터 유효성분인 발레렌산(valerenic acids) 및 발레포트리에이트(valepotriates)를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 노지재배된 쥐오줌풀 뿌리와 견줄만한 발레렌산 및 발레포트리에이트 함량을 갖는 쥐오줌풀 뿌리를 대량으로 경제적으로 생산할 수 있다. 쥐오줌풀, 배양근, Valeriana fauriei var. dasycarpa Hara, 기내배양, 발레렌산, 발레포트리에이트
Abstract:
A method for producing Valeriana fauriei roots is provided to mass-produce the Valeriana fauriei roots economically in a bio-reactor, which contains high contents of valerenic acids and valepotriates comparable to those of open-field cultured Valeriana fauriei roots. A culture medium for culturing Valeriana fauriei roots in a bio-reactor comprises 7% of sucrose in a B5 medium and has a pH of 5.5-6.0. A method for producing the Valeriana fauriei roots comprises a step of culturing the Valeriana fauriei roots in the bio-reactor including the culture medium at a temperature of 15-25 deg.C with an air injection amount of 0.2-0.5 vvm for 4-6 weeks. A method for producing valerenic acids and valepotriates comprises the steps of: (a) culturing the Valeriana fauriei roots in the bio-reactor including the culture medium; and (b) extracting the valerenic acid and valepotriates from the cultured Valeriana fauriei roots. Further, a concentration rate of KNO:(NH4)2SO4 is 24~25:1.0 in the B5 medium.
