본 발명은 시멘트를 대체하여 결합재로 사용될 수 있는 알칼리활성결합재에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 나트륨 비함유 알칼리성 무기질 재료를 포함하여 콘크리트 내의 Na 2 O와 K 2 O의 총량을 감소시킴으로써 작업성과 강도의 안전성을 높이고 알칼리-골재 반응을 억제할 수 있는 조성의 알칼리활성결합재, 상기 결합재를 포함하는 모르터, 콘크리트, 콘크리트제품 및 황토습식포장재 등에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 무시멘트 알칼리활성결합재에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 시멘트를 대체하여 결합재로서 알칼리활성결합재가 사용되는 모르타르 및 콘크리트의 압축강도를 개선하는 동시에 급결특성, 유동성손실과 경제성 등 낮은 현장적용성까지 개선할 수 있는 새로운 배합비의 무시멘트 알칼리 활성결합재, 이를 포함하는 모르타르 및 콘크리트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 무시멘트 알칼리활성결합재에 의하면 원재료를 활성화시킬 수 있는 알칼리활성화제의 새로운 배합을 통해 기존에 알려진 무시멘트 알칼리활성결합재보다 경제성, 현장적용성에서 우수한 알칼리활성결합재를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시멘트 사용에 따른 시멘트 독성 및 시멘트 제조시 발생되는 이산화탄소 (CO 2 ), 시멘트 생산에 따른 천연자원의 고갈 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of scour prevention and fish-breeding reef blocks and a block composite using the same are provided to easily build sea environment friendly structures without using hardware vulnerable to corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for scour prevention and fish-breeding reef blocks comprises the following steps. A first block(10) is manufactured by a precast construction method. A second block(20) is manufactured by the precast construction method. The first assembly groove of the first block and the second assembly groove of the second block are interlocked. The first block contains the first assembly groove and a first penetration part. The second block contains the second assembly groove and a second penetration part.

PURPOSE: Environment-friendly cement-free dry mortar is provided to reduce the high pH of the mortar by using microorganism powder without a water reducing agent, and to offer air and water purification capability. CONSTITUTION: Environment-friendly cement-free dry mortar contains a cement-free binding material, dried fine aggregate, and microorganism powder. The cement-free binding material contains raw materials and alkaline inorganic materials. The raw materials contain blast furnace slag or fly ash, and the alkaline inorganic materials activate the latent hydraulic activity of the raw materials. The cement-free binding material contains 10-15 parts by weight of alkaline inorganic materials for 100 parts by weight of raw materials. The alkaline inorganic materials contain more than two compounds selected from calcium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, or magnesium silicate. The dried fine aggregate is silica or sand, and the particle diameter is less than 2.5 mm. 0.025-0.1 parts by weight of microorganism powder are included in 100 parts by weight of cement-free binding material. PURPOSE: A loess wet type pavement material with no cement and a manufacturing method of the wet type pavement material are provided to apply a wet type construction method having excellent quality control, constructability and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A loess wet type pavement material with no cement comprises alkali activated binder with no cement, loess, coarse aggregate, mixture, fiber and mixing water, wherein the mixing water is mixed into 40~65% of the alkali activated binder with no cement.

PURPOSE: A high ductile cement-free alkali-activated mortar composite is provided to induce strain hardening and improve brittleness. CONSTITUTION: A high ductile cement-free alkali-activated mortar composite comprises a matrix(M) containing a cement-free binder(B), a microfiber(F), and water(W). The cement-free binder contains 97-70 wt% of a raw material and 3-30 wt% of an alkali activator. The raw material contains one or more among a blast furnace slag, fly ash, silica fume and bottom ash. The matrix further contains fine aggregate(S) and/or admisture(A). The microfiber is selected among polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), polypropylene(PP), and polyethylene(PE).

PURPOSE: A cement-free alkali-activated binder including composite alkali activator is provided to improve compressive strength of mortar and/or concrete, quick setting property and fluidity by controlling the content and combination ratio of alkali activators. CONSTITUTION: A cement-free alkali-activated binder includes: 88-96 weight% of one or more raw materials selected from the group consisting of slag, fly ash, and metakaolin; and 4-12 weight% of composite alkali activators containing alkaline hydroxide and carbonate. The composite alkali activator includes alkaline hydroxide and carbonate in a weight ratio of 2-4:4-6. The alkaline hydroxide is one or more selected from the group consisting of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and barium hydroxide.
