Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric hinge is provided to separate a door from a door frame without removing a fixing member coupled to a door side hinge piece. CONSTITUTION: An electric hinge(100) comprises a hinge pin, a doorframe side hinge piece(120), a door side hinge piece(130), a separating member(140), and an electric sensor(400). The doorframe side hinge piece is fixed to a doorframe and comprises primary insertion portion. The door side hinge piece is fixed to a door and comprises secondary insertion portion for a hinge pin. The separating member is detachably connected to a lower part of the hinge pin. The separating member transmits signals having constant frequencies. The electric sensor comprises a groove, in which the separating member is inserted. The electric sensor separates the separating member from the hinge pin if the frequencies from the separating member are the frequencies for opening/closing the door.

Abstract: 본 발명은 전자감응 경첩에 관한 것으로, 착부재를 전자감응센서의 중앙에 형성된 홈에 삽입한 후 전자감응센서가 탈착부재로부터 수신한 신호의 주파수가 도어개폐 가능 주파수이면, 경첩핀으로부터 탈착부재가 분리되고 전자감응센서에 결합되므로 문틀측 경첩편 및 문짝측 경첩편에 체결된 고정부재를 제거하지 않아도 문짝을 문틀로부터 분리할 수 있는 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A smoking heat treatment method and a smoking heat treatment apparatus are provided to improve the efficiency of the smoking heat treatment by measuring the percentage of water content when processed timber is thermally processed. CONSTITUTION: A smoking heat treatment method comprises: a step(S100) of supplying potassium hydroxide gas to a heat treatment chamber; a first heat treatment step(S200) of thermally processing wood to be treated at 60°C - 80°C; a second heat treatment step(S300) of thermally processing the wood at 130°C - 150°C; a step(S400) of drying the wood; a step(S500) of measuring the percentage of water content of the wood; a step(S600) of comparing the measured percentage of water content of the wood with a standard function value; and a step(S700) of displaying a terminal signal of the heat treatment when the percentage of the water content of the wood is same as the standard function value or less than the standard function value.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供吸烟热处理方法和吸烟热处理装置,通过测量加工木材进行热处理时的含水率,提高吸烟热处理的效率。 构成:吸烟热处理方法包括:向热处理室供给氢氧化钾气体的工序(S100) 在60℃〜80℃下热处理待处理木材的第一热处理步骤(S200); 在130℃-150℃下热处理木材的第二热处理步骤(S300); 步骤(S400)干燥木材; 测量木材含水率的步骤(S500); 将测定的木材含水率与标准功能值进行比较的步骤(S600); 以及当木材的含水量与标准功能值相同或小于标准功能值时,显示热处理的终端信号的步骤(S700)。
