Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic library addition installer of an android platform and a method thereof are provided to dynamically add a library without replacing an android platform by using an external directory which stores a library. CONSTITUTION: An external directory generating unit(130) generates an external directory which stores a library. A library information generating unit(140) generates library information including location information of the library. A controlling unit(150) stores the library in the external directory. A determining unit(110) determines installation of the library. The external directory generating unit generates the external directory according to a determining result.
