본 발명은 경량 샌드위치 판재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 내부에 다수의 셀들이 형성된 3차원 트러스 형태의 다공질 재료와; 상기 셀들에 충진된 발포성 심재와; 상기 3차원 트러스 형태를 갖는 다공질 재료의 상, 하측에 배치되고, 상기 발포성 심재와 수지 접합된 상부 및 하부 면재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트러스 형태의 주기적인 다공질 재료로 보강된 발포 심재를 갖는 경량 샌드위치 판재를 제공한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 발포 충진된 발포성 심재와 3차원 트러스 형태를 갖는 다공질 재료의 상호 보완 작용을 통하여 중간재의 강도 향상, 좌굴 억제, 단열 성능 및 차음 향상, 진동 흡수 능력 향상 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 이에 더하여 단순하고 이미 확립된 기술을 사용함으로써 생산비용을 절감하고 대량 생산이 용이한 효과도 얻을 수 있다. 경량 샌드위치 판재, 발포, 트러스, 주기적인 다공질 재료, 상부 면재, 하부 면재, 수지 접합, 섬유강화 복합재, 발포성 심재
Abstract:
A lightweight sandwich panel having a core composed of wires and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the rigidity by excluding interference with wires, to enhance the mechanical performance by adjusting the bending angle, arrangement and intervals, and to cut down manufacturing costs by bending wires simply. A sandwich panel is composed of upper and lower face sheets and a truss core. A wire(1) is placed in the upper and lower face sheets, arranged in parallel with an x-z plane, and formed of triangular wave in projecting a plane arranged vertically to a z-axis. The wire is arranged in the sandwich panel and formed of triangular wave having sides arranged alternately in projecting on a plane arranged vertically to a y-axis. The wires are arranged in parallel and placed at regular intervals on the x-z plane. The wires are arranged alternately or twisted repeatedly, and inclined between the parallel wires.

PURPOSE: A lightweight sandwich panel with a foam core reinforced by a periodic cellular material of a truss shape, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize flaws by arranging porous materials between an upper sheathing and a lower sheathing. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight sandwich panel with a foam core reinforced by a periodic cellular material of a truss shape comprises a three-dimensional truss shaped porous material, a foam core(400), an upper sheathing(100), and a lower sheathing(200). Multiple cells are formed inside of the three-dimensional truss shaped porous material. The foam core is filled with the cells. The upper sheathing and the lower sheathing are arranged in the top and bottom of the three-dimensional truss shaped porous material, and coupled with the foam core.
Abstract:
Multi-layered three dimensional porous structures and a method of manufacturing the structure are provided to make light, stiff and strong materials due to empty space formed by arranging cells with a pattern. The empty space is possible to be filled with another material or used as a passageway for liquids. In addition, properties on heat transfer, vibration isolation and electric conductivity can be changed by varying porosity of the material. In a three dimensional space, continuous patterns have hexagonal holes regularly in six directions inclined 60° and 120° and inside of the patterns are composed of a group of tetrahedral solids and a group of octahedron cells. A structure having cells similar to Kagome truss is obtained by processing hexagonal holes from 3 or 6 directions inclined 60° and 120° with utilizing HAR(High Aspect Ratio) MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) machining process and a machining process capable of making holes with high depth-to-width ratio.
