    Abstract: PURPOSE: An attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica strain expressing antigenic glycoprotein 5(GP5) of PRRSV(Porcine Reproductive Respiratory Syndrome Virus) is provided to use as a live vaccine and administer to mammal without infection. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica strain contains GP5(glycoprotein 5) of PRRSV(Porcine Reproductive Respiratory Syndrome Virus) in aroA locus of the strain. The strain is attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica (deposit number KCCM 10956P). A method for preparing the attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica comprises: a step of making an insert comprising N-terminal 50-500bp, C-terminal 50-500bp, selection marker gene sequence and GP5 gene sequence; and a step of inserting the insert to aroA locus by homologous recombination.

    Abstract translation: 目的：提供表达PRRSV（猪繁殖呼吸综合征病毒）的抗原性糖蛋白5（GP5）的减毒博德特氏菌支杆菌菌株作为活疫苗，并施用于哺乳动物而不感染。 构成：减毒的支气管炎博德特氏菌菌株在该菌株的aroA基因座中含有PRRSV（猪生殖呼吸综合征病毒）的GP5（糖蛋白5）。 该菌株减毒支气管炎博德特氏菌（保藏号KCCM 10956P）。 制备减毒支气管炎博德特氏菌的方法包括：制备包含N-末端50-500bp，C-末端50-500bp，选择标记基因序列和GP5基因序列的插入片段的步骤; 以及通过同源重组将插入片段插入到aroA基因座的步骤。

    Abstract: An attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica(BBS) strain is provided to exhibit immunogenicity and show attenuated toxicity, thereby being be used as a live vaccine. An immunogenic composition comprising the same is provided to induce production of an antibody against BBS toxin in case of being administered into mammal. An attenuated BBS strain is characterized in that an aroA gene is deleted therefrom through homologous recombination and is deposited as a deposition no. KCCM-10840P. An immunogenic composition for treating or preventing BBS infection of mammal comprises the attenuated BBS strain and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or an adjuvant. Further, the aroA gene has SEQ ID : NO. 1.
