Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing glycolic acids using the skin of apples is provided to produce useful materials using waste resources and to lower fabrication costs of glycolic acids. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing glycolic acids using the skin of apples comprises the steps of: obtaining a concentrate from the skin of apples; mixing the concentrate with distilled water to prepare a concentrate solution; filtering the concentrate solution to obtain a filtrate liquor; and refining the glycolic acid from the filter liquor.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用苹果皮肤生产乙醇酸的方法，以利用废物资源生产有用的材料并降低乙醇酸的制造成本。 构成：使用苹果皮肤生产乙醇酸的方法包括以下步骤：从苹果皮肤中获得浓缩物; 将浓缩物与蒸馏水混合以制备浓缩液; 过滤浓缩液以获得滤液; 并从过滤液中精制乙醇酸。
