Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel preparation method of metabolites from genistein using bacterial cytochrome p450 and composition for the same, and more specifically, to a composition and a kit for producing a 3'-hydroxyl product from genistein containing bacterial cytochrome p450 BM3(CYP102A1) or a mutant thereof, and to a method for producing the same.
