Abstract: The present invention provides a device for measuring physical properties of a rock body with adsorptive low permeability. The device includes a sample container unit, a first reference container unit, a second reference container unit, and a ventilation unit and calculates the permeability (k), porosity (f), gas adsorption amount (q) of the crushed sample (CS) of a rock body using measured pressure change (PD) and equilibrium pressure (Pe) data.
