본발명은난소과자극증후군의진단방법및 진단키트를제공한다. 본발명에서의인터루킨-11은난소과자극증후군에대한마커로서의정확성및 신뢰도를갖는마커이다. 또한, 본발명은난소과자극증후군환자의난포액에서만특이적으로발현이증가되는인터루킨-11을이용하여생물학적시료로부터매우특이적으로난소과자극증후군의조기진단및 예후를판정할수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a suppression composition regulating cell proliferation by the use of Btg2, which comprises gene transporters including first rank nucleic acid molecules out of a ranking list targeting mitochondria through second rank nucleic acid molecules out of the ranking list. The inventors of the present invention have discovered that Btg2 known as a nucleoprotein, also exists in mitochondria, and confirmed that Btg2 targeted to mitochondria through a specific ranking (the second rank of the ranking list of the present invention) reduces production of ATP and increases production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by being incorporated into Ant2 involved in the production of energy in mitochondria. As the inventors provide an effect of regulating cell proliferation by the use of the composition of the present invention, possibility of regulating proliferation of cancer cells dependent on Btg2 is provided. Specifically, an anti-cancer effect for ovarian cancer or cervical cancer and an anti-cancer effect more enhanced by the gonadotropin hormone are provided.

The present invention relates to a diagnosis method of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome which comprises a step of checking presence of a tissue factor in follicular fluid of an animal separated from the body. The present invention provides a diagnosis method of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, a detection method of an ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome marker, and a composition for diagnosis of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, and a tissue factor of the present invention can be applied to study of infertility treatment.

The method of the present invention is very useful for screening the ovulation inducing material of mammals, which specifically acts on an antioxidant enzyme having increased expression by reactive oxygen species during an ovulation process, and can be effectively used for treating a female infertility caused by an ovulatory problem.
