Abstract: PURPOSE: An hlyU gene as a regulator of the expression of in vivo virulence factor in Vibrio vulnificus is provided. The gene is useful for prevention and treatment of a disease caused by Vibrio vulnificus. CONSTITUTION: The hlyU gene as a regulator of the expression of in vivo virulence factor in Vibrio vulnificus has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the gene hlyU encodes a protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. A vaccine for Vibrio vulnificus comprises a mutant microorganism wherein the gene hlyU is selectively deleted from the chromosome of a microorganism.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供hlyU基因作为创伤弧菌体内毒力因子表达的调节剂。 该基因可用于预防和治疗由创伤弧菌引起的疾病。 构成：作为创伤弧菌体内毒力因子表达调节剂的hlyU基因具有SEQ ID NO：1的核苷酸序列，其中，hlyU基因编码具有SEQ ID NO：2的氨基酸序列的蛋白质。 用于创伤弧菌的疫苗包含突变体微生物，其中从微生物的染色体中选择性缺失基因hlyU。
