JNU2116 with antimutagenic activity is provided to prevent cancer due to genetic modification by adding to a fermentation daily product, food additive, and health food. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus. sp. JNU2116 with antimutagenic activity has a sequence of sequence number 1. The Lactobacillus. sp. JNU2116 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A food composition contains the strain or culture thereof and has a mutation suppression activity. A fermentation food contains the strain or culture thereof. A composition for preventing cancer contains the strain or culture thereof.
