Abstract: PURPOSE: A dietary composition containing methanol extract of curcuma longa is provided to prevent weight gain and reduction of blood neutral lipid containing the curcumae longae Rhizoma methanol extract for preventing the weight gain. CONSTITUTION: A dietary composition contains 1~100 weight% Curcumae longae Rhizoma methanol extract about the dietary composition total weight to the dry weight. The Curcumae longae Rhizoma methanol extract adds the methanol 20mL per the Curcumae longae Rhizoma powder 1g. Supernate is freeze-dried with the vacuum concentration. The Curcumae longae Rhizoma methanol extract supplies the dietary composition in order to be taken in 0.25 ~ 1 g/day per the weight 1kg.
