Abstract: 본 발명은 저온플라즈마 중합법을 이용하여 지지체 표면에 아민기를 함유한 유기 고분자를 균일하게 코팅함으로서, 한 단계(one-step)만으로 아민이 고정된 불균일계 염기 촉매를 제조하는 새로운 기술이다.
상세하게는, 저온플라즈마 중합법은 고체 표면 개질에 적합한 기술로, 코팅된 박막과 지지체 간의 접착력이 우수하며 건식방법으로 제조하기 때문에 용매에 의한 환경오염이 없고 경제적으로 지지체 표면을 개질할 수 있는 방법이다. 따라서 본 발명에서 제조된 아민 고정화 염기 촉매는 지지체 표면에 염기물질이 균일하고 안정적으로 부착될 수 있으며, 한 단계 만으로 촉매를 제조할 수 있어 많은 시간과 비용이 절약되는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An amine immobilization heterogeneous system base catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably maintain an organic amine polymer thin film by manufacturing a plasma process. CONSTITUTION: The moisture of a silica-alumina supporter is removed. The silica-alumina supporter puts into a plasma reactor. A bubbler is connected to a plasma reactor. The inside of the plasma reactor is converted into a vacuum state. The DACH steam vapor flows in the plasma reactor. A polymer layer including an amine group is formed on a surface of the silica-alumina by the exposure of electric discharge power. An amine immobilized base catalyst is manufactured.
