Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a loess panel is provided to prepare a loess panel which emits a large amount of far infrared rays and ensures excellent humidity control, soundproof property, and thermal insulation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a loess panel comprises the steps of: (S100) mixing the natural mixed glue with water to prepare loess paste of a gel state, wherein the natural mixed glue is formed by blending loess, seaweed liquid and natural oil; (S200) pouring the loess paste in a mold and then molding the paste; (S300) drying the loess paste for the predetermined time; (S400) removing the loess paste from the dried loess paste; and (S500) finishing the top of the loess paste.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种生产黄土面板的方法，以制备发出大量远红外线的黄土面板，确保优良的湿度控制，隔音性能和隔热性。 构成：黄土面板的制造方法包括以下步骤：（S100）将天然混合胶与水混合，制备凝胶状态的黄土糊，其中通过混合黄土，海藻液和天然油形成天然混合胶; （S200）将黄土浆料倒入模具中，然后成型糊料; （S300）将黄土糊干燥预定时间; （S400）从干燥的黄土糊中除去黄土浆料; 和（S500）完成黄土浆糊的顶部。
