    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for detecting antibiotics remaining in bio sample is provided to simplify process using general extraction container and reduce discharge of contamination pollutant. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting antibiotics contained in liquid bio sample using SFE(supercritical fluid extraction) comprises: a step of inserting absorption member into SFE extraction container; a step of absorbing liquid bio sample in the absorption member; and a step of extracting fluoroquinolone antibiotics contained in bio sample under process condition. The process condition is 20-30% of extraction aid content, 120-150°C, 250-320kg/cm^2 and extraction time 20-40. The fluoroquinolone antibiotics are orbifloxacin.

CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting pyrethroid agricultural chemical contained in animal bio sample comprises: a step of homogenizing animal bio sample remaining agricultural chemical; a step of adding organic solvent 1 to homogenized animal bio sample and firstly centrifuging; a step of collecting supernatant, adding organic solvent 2, and centrifuging secondly; a step of removing supernatant of the sample and concentrating; and a step of concentrating to obtain extract. The supernatant is organic solvent. The organic solvent 1 is hexane and organic solvent 2 is acetonitrile. The pyrethroid agricultural chemical is cyfluthrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin or deltamethrin.
