Abstract: 본발명은혈관내에서만성전폐쇄(Chronic total occlusion; CTO) 병변등을제거하여혈관을치료하는데이용되는혈관치료용수술장치를개시한다. 본발명의혈관치료용수술장치는, 내부에길이방향을따라공간이제공된도관, 도관의선단부에결합되며가운데부분에도관의길이방향으로관통된구멍이제공된헤드, 도관에삽입되어도관을따라이동하거나회전하는동력전달부재, 동력전달부재의선단부에결합되어혈관의막힌부분을천공하는천공부재, 도관에결합되며도관을동력전달부재에대해상대적으로전, 후진이동시켜천공부재를헤드에서돌출시키는도관이동수단, 동력전달부재의타단이결합되는클램프, 그리고클램프에결합되며천공부재를정방향또는역방향으로회전시키는천공부재회전수단을포함하며, 동력전달부재는일단이상기클램프에결합되고타단의선단부가천공부재에결합되어천공부재회전수단과천공부재이동수단에서발생하는구동력을천공부재에전달하는강선부재, 강선부재의외주를감싸면서배치되며일단은클램프에결합되고타단은천공부재에결합되는제1 코일스프링, 제1 코일스프링의외주를감싸면서배치되고제1 코일스프링이감긴방향과반대방향으로감기며일단은클램프에결합되고타단은천공부재에결합되는제2 코일스프링을포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A surgical instrument for blood vessel treatment is provided to maximize an operation effect by punching a blocked part of blood vessel using a punching member to be rotated forward or backward. CONSTITUTION: A punching member(11) is combined with the top end of a power transmission member. The punching member is protruded from the head of a conduit moving device(13). A clamp is combined with the end of the power transmission member. A punching member rotating device(19) is combined with the clamp. The punching member rotating device rotates the punching member in the forward or backward direction.

CONSTITUTION: A power transmission member(9) is moved or rotated along a conduit. A punching member(11) is combined with the top end of the power transmission member.
