    Abstract: The present invention relates to a precooked and frozen instant blue mussel product and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the method comprising the steps of: precooking and freezing vacuum-packed blue mussels without removing shells after pretreatment so as to prevent the loss of a liquid extract which has functions as a taste compound, a nutrient, and an antioxidant material when the blue mussels are precooked ; and producing a paste phase or powder phase seasoning so that the precooked and frozen instant blue mussel product can be easily and instantly cooked after being thawed in order to be eaten as a broth food or a casserole food.
