Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing and culturing artificial seedlings of boleophthalmus pectinirostris is provided to enhance the hatching rate of a fertilized egg. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing and culturing artificial seedlings of boleophthalmus pectinirostris comprises: a step of preparing male and female boleophthalmus pectinirostris; a step of inducing maturity of female boleophthalmus pectinirostris by injecting human chorionic gonadotropin into abdominal cavity or the base portion of the female boleophthalmus pectinirostris; a step of collecting letter and ovum; a step of artificial fertilization; a step of incubation; and a step of culturing boleophthalmus pectinirostris fry.
