    Abstract: 본발명은단색필터를이용하여백색광또는단색광을선택적으로주사할수 있게함과동시에측정광의광행로의높이를조절할수 있게하여탈축홀로그램방식과백색광을이용한높이측정방식을이용하여 3차원영상을얻을수 있게함으로써, 측정높이의한계와함께측정속도의한계를극복할수 있도록한 가간섭특성을이용한 3차원측정장치를제공하는데그 목적이있다. 또한, 본발명은대상물의높이및 표면상태에따라광원을선택(단색광또는백색광)을선택하고, 이에맞게단색필터를온/오프하여사용할수 있게함으로써, 측정하고자하는대상물의크기와측정속도에따라적절한측정방법을선택하여사용할수 있도록한 가간섭특성을이용한 3차원측정장치를제공하는데다른목적이있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A 3D measuring device using coherent characteristics and a measuring method thereof are provided to obtain 3D images by using short-wavelength lasers or white lights depending on a size of an object and to acquire high quality images in short time regardless of the size of the object. CONSTITUTION: A 3D measuring device using coherent characteristics comprises a light source(100), a monochromatic filter(200), a beam splitter(300), a reference beam reflecting mirror(400), a measurement light reflecting mirror(500), and a photographing element(600). The monochromatic filter transmits lights of a constant wavelength from lights generated by the light source. The beam splitter divides the lights penetrated through the monochromatic filter into reference lights and measurement lights. The reference light reflecting mirror reflects the reference lights to the beam splitter. The measurement light reflecting mirror reflects the measurement lights to the beam splitter. The height of the measurement light reflecting mirror is adjusted. The photographing element obtains images by detecting the interference of the measurement lights and reference lights reflected to the beam splitter.
