Abstract: PURPOSE: Raw yarns which are similar to living body structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve marketability of the raw yarns which has improved water resistance property etc with good tactility like natural hair. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of raw yarns which are similar to living body structure includes a step for drawing, gel spinning, or wet spinning dope in a coagulation bath. The spinning dope is formed by dissolving a PVA Polymers 60~90 weight% and protein substances 10~40 weight% in an organic solvent. The protein substances are collagen, gelatin, or soybean protein.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供与生物体结构相似的原丝及其制造方法，以提高耐水性等改善的生纱的市售性，具有良好的触觉性，如天然毛发。 构成：与生物体结构相似的原丝的制造方法包括在凝固浴中拉伸，凝胶纺丝或湿法纺丝的步骤。 通过将60〜90重量％的PVA聚合物和10〜40重量％的蛋白质物质溶解在有机溶剂中来形成纺丝原液。 蛋白质物质是胶原，明胶或大豆蛋白。
