Abstract: PURPOSE: A customer satisfaction evaluation method and a terminal device applying the same are provided to accurately evaluate the customer satisfaction of a store by connecting a store terminal device to a customer terminal device through LAN. CONSTITUTION: Evaluation about a store is inputted after setting up communication(S360). The inputted evaluation is transmitted to a terminal device through the local area wireless communication(S370). The accumulated evaluation content is received from the terminal device(S390). The received accumulated evaluation content is displayed(S430). Evaluation reward is paid from a store terminal device.
