Abstract: A video exercise training method is provided to notify a trainee who follows a certain posture whether the trainee's posture is correct, so that the trainee can correct his or her posture, thereby giving interest to exercising actions. Among plural reference images stored for each exercising posture, action trace areas within a reference image having the same exercising posture as a predetermined exercising posture are compared. The number of pixels of frame areas fully included in the action trace areas and the number of pixels of frame areas out of the action trace areas are displayed(S502-S504). Coordinates values of each part of a human body within the reference image having the same exercising posture as the predetermined exercising posture are compared by body part.
