Abstract:
본 발명은 마이크로파 가열을 이용한 고강도 나노섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 전기방사 방식으로 제조된 나노섬유를 습식 또는 습윤 조건에서 마이크로파를 조사함으로써 인접한 나노섬유와의 접합 구조를 형성시키거나 혹은 고분자 사슬의 재결정을 유도하고, 전기방사된 나노섬유에 잔존하는 잔류 용매 및 부산물들을 제거하여 나노섬유의 강도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A molding method of a thermoplastic resin tape with continuous phase carbon fiber is provided to evenly impregnate the continuous phase carbon fiber with thermoplastic resin by evenly dispersing continuous phase carbon fiber in a carbon fiber bundle, one strand at a time. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of a thermoplastic resin tape with continuous phase carbon fiber comprises the steps of: unraveling a roving (1) rolled with a continuous phase carbon fiber bundle by a spreading roller (3), one strand at a time; coating the thermoplastic resin on the surface of continuous phase carbon fiber by passing the unraveled continuous phase carbon fiber through thermoplastic resin powder and irradiating microwave; and passing continuous phase carbon fibers coated with thermoplastic resin powder through the vacuum compression (6) while pressuring the carbon fibers under the vacuum condition to produce a tape integrated with continuous phase carbon fibers impregnated with thermoplastic resin.
