A notebook computer cooler (220) comprises a reception resonant coil (221), a device coil (223), and a DC converter (225). The reception resonant coil performs the magnetic resonance. The device coil produces electricity by magnetically binding with the reception resonant coil. The DC converter supplies the rated DC power to a notebook computer.
