Abstract: 본 발명은 차량의 위치기록정보를 이용한 교통위급정보 송수신 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 측위시스템으로부터 차량의 위치정보를 수신하여 이를 바탕으로 차량 위치기록정보를 생성하여 저장하는 위치기록정보 생성부; 차량의 현재속도를 바탕으로 생성되는 다음 중계노드의 DP 값이 포함된, TE 메시지를 생성하는 TE 메시지 생성부; 상기 TE 메시지 생성부를 통해 생성된 위급 차량의 TE 메시지를 메시지 전송범위 내에 존재하는 타 차량의 송수신 장치로 전송하는 메시지 송신부; 상기 메시지 전송범위 내에 존재하는 타 차량의 상기 TE 메시지 송신부로부터 전송되는 TE 메시지를 수신하는 메시지 수신부; 및 소정 거리 내에 존재하는 송수신 장치간의 위치정보를 파악함으로써, 위급 차량으로부터 최초 TE 메시지를 수신할 경우 상기 최초 TE 메시지로부터 자신의 차량이 가장 근접한 거리에 있는지 판단하고, 자신의 차량이 가장 근접한 거리에 있는 경우, TE 메시지 생성부를 통해 차량의 현재속도를 바탕으로 다음 중계노드를 위한 제 2 TE 메시지를 생성하도록 하며, 생성된 제 2 TE 메시지를 메시지 송신부를 통해 타 차량의 송수신 장치로 전송하도록 하는 위치판단 제어부; 를 포함한다.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving traffic urgency information using position record information are provided to improve traffic safety of a rear vehicle by transmitting a TE(Traffic Emergency) message including a DP(Designated Point) value to the rear vehicle. A position record information generator(110) receives position information of a vehicle from an additional position measuring system and generates and stores the position record information of the vehicle. A TE message generator(120) generates a TE message including a DP value of the following relay node based on the current velocity of the vehicle. A message transmitter(130) transmits the TE message to a transceiver of other vehicle within a message transmission range. A message receiver(140) receives the TE message transmitted from the TE message transmitter of other vehicle. A position determination controller(150) grasps the position information between the transmitter and the receiver and determines whether the vehicle is approximate to the initial TE message when receiving the initial TE message from an urgent vehicle. If the vehicle is approximate to the initial TE message from the urgent vehicle, the position determination controller generates the second TE message through the relay node based on the current velocity of the vehicle through the TE message generator and transmits the generated TE message to other vehicle.
