Abstract: A device and a system for underwater postural balance training are provided to solve problems generated when the rehabilitation training operation is carried out on the ground by enabling patients whose functions of Vestibular system and Somatosensory system are damaged to perform a rehabilitation training operation in the water. An underwater postural balance training device comprises a foothold part(201) and an unstable plate(202). The foothold part has a receiving part formed in the bottom thereof such that the receiving part is opened in the downward direction. A lower part of the unstable plate is inserted into the receiving part and formed in the form of a convex curved surface. The underwater postural balance training device further comprises slipping prevention plates(203). The slipping prevention plates are made from silicone or rubber and are formed in a sole shape of the foot. The slipping prevention plates are inserted into inserting grooves formed in both end portions of the top face of the foot hold part.
