    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fowl typhoid vaccine composition for oral administration is provided to minimize side effects caused by invasive vaccination and to continuously improve and maintain cell-mediated and mucosal immunity, thereby showing defensive strength against strains. CONSTITUTION: A mutant strain of Salmonella is prepared by deleting lon and cpxR genes in a Salmonella strain. The mutant strain has heat-labile enterotoxin B subunit (eltB) gene. The Salmonella strain is Salmonella Gallinarum. A mixed mutant strain of Salmonella contains a mutant strain in which lon and cpxR genes are deleted. A fowl typhoid vaccine composition contains the mutant strain and is used for oral vaccination.

    Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于口服给药的禽类伤寒疫苗组合物，以尽量减少由侵入性接种引起的副作用，并持续改善和维持细胞介导和粘膜免疫，从而显示抗菌株的防御力。 构成：通过删除沙门氏菌菌株中的lon和cpxR基因来制备沙门氏菌突变菌株。 突变株具有热不稳定的肠毒素B亚基（eltB）基因。 沙门氏菌属是沙门氏菌。 沙门氏菌的混合突变菌株含有其中缺失lon和cpxR基因的突变菌株。 禽类伤寒疫苗组合物含有突变菌株，用于口服疫苗接种。
