Abstract: 본 발명은 타이타니아 나노튜브를 이용한 고분자 전해질 및 이를 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 타이타니아 나노튜브(TiNT)와 전도성 고분자 물질을 가교시키고, 여기에 요오드계 용액을 첨가하여 제조된 고분자 전해질 및 이를 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: Polymer electrolyte using a titania nano tube is provided to obtain high stability and maintain efficiency even in the case of a long-term use by supplementing a liquid leakage and evaporation of a solvent as compared with a conventional liquid electrolyte dye-sensitized solar cell. An iodine-based solution and a titania nano tube are mixed in a conductive polymer material solution to fabricated polymer electrolyte. The iodine-based solution can be LiI or I2. The conductive polymer material solution, the iodine-based solution and the titania nano tube can be mixed in a stirrer for more than a day.

Abstract: A dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to improve the stability and electrical characteristic by making an electrolyte part filled between a porous electrode and a catalyst thin film electrode have a multi electrolyte layer made of a different viscosity. An electrolyte part(30) is formed between first and second electrodes(10,20) of a dye-sensitized solar cell wherein at least two mutually different layers are stacked in the electrolyte part. The electrolyte part can include first and second electrolyte layers(310,320). Liquid-type electrolyte is filled in voids of a porous electrode(130) to form the first electrolyte layer, and Gel-type electrolyte is formed on the first electrolyte layer to form the second electrolyte layer.
