    Abstract: PURPOSE: A vaccine containing attenuated Salmonella strain containing a pathogenic factor of pathogenici E.col and a vaccine composition for preventing and treating pathogenic colibacillosis and salmonellosis of poultry using the same are provided to safely and effectively prevent and treat colibacillosis and salmonellosis. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated Salmonella mutant strain contains one gene selected from pathogenic factors of E.coli, papA, papG, f17aA, f17aG, iutA(iron-regulated aerobactin receptor), clpG(CS31A surface antigen), afa8D(afimbrial adhesion), afa8E(afimbrial adhesion) or intimin(eaeA). A vaccine for poultry contains 9 kinds of the attenuated Salmonella mutant strains. The vaccine for poultry additionally contains eltB gene-transduced attenuated Salmonella mutant strain. A composition for preventing and treating pathogenic colibacillosis and salmonellosis contains the vaccine.
