Abstract: PURPOSE: A sports helmet is provided to measure movements and biorhythms of a user without restriction and stimulation of the movements of the user by including a sensor unit in the helmet which a bicycle rider uses to prevent the injury on the head. CONSTITUTION: A sports helmet (100) comprises a helmet body; a sensor unit; and a wireless communications unit. The helmet body is formed in a shape capable of being worn in the head of a user. The sensor unit is included in the helmet body and senses three dimensional movements of the user and biorhythms so that the sensor unit generates and outputs an output signal reflecting a sensing result. The wireless communications unit is installed in the helmet body and transmits one or more services among exercise rate management, hiking history management, health history management, and emergency processing based on the output signal of the sensor unit through a short-distance wireless communications network.
