Abstract: A cosine similarity based expert recommendation method using a hybrid collaborative filtering technique which calculates the similarity between an expert's attributes (i.e. specialties and field of interest) and the experts and recommends those experts related to a user is disclosed. A high-precision image matching device and a method thereof using skin markers and inbody feature points, as an example, is capable of performing an expert recommendation process based on a score estimation method when the volume of data stored in an expert database is insufficient, improving the quality of recommendation by applying weight based on the activities (i.e. papers, career, etc.) of an expert in order to determine the expert's expertise, and allowing an SNS user to communicate and work with others regarding his/her field of interest by getting a recommendation about the experts regarding his/her field of interest. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for encoding data, which is capable of raising query processing speed and improving security, and to a system for transmitting and receiving encoded data using the same. According to the present invention, the method for encoding data comprises: an original data converting step of converting original data into ASCII to digitize the original data; an original data group creating step of creating at least one group by specifying the range of the converted original data by predetermined sections; a first encoding step of setting an area for encoded data into which the original data specified by sections is to be converted, and creating a first random numerical value (a) in the area for encoded data corresponding to the original data; a second encoding step of setting a periodic function for identifying an accurate position of the encoded data, and creating a second numerical value (b) by applying the original data to the periodic function; and a third encoding step of setting periodic sections for the periodic function through the differentiation of the periodic function, and giving random conversion values to each of the periodic sections to create a third numerical value (c) that is a random conversion value of a periodic section including the value of the original data. The present invention can provide the effect of strengthening the security of data from a sequence matching attack and a data count attack.

일 실시예로서, 피부마커와 체내 특징점을 이용한 고정확도 영상정합 장치 및 방법은, 전문가 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 데이터가 적을 경우에 점수 예측 기법을 통하여 전문가 추천을 수행할 수 있고, 전문가의 전문성을 판단하기 위하여 전문가의 활동(논문, 경력 등)을 활용하여 가중치를 적용해서 추천의 질을 높일 수 있고, SNS 사용자는 자신의 관심분야에 대한 전문가를 추천받아 자신의 관심분야에 대한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업을 수행할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A meta modeling-based ontology system is provided to store the ontology effectively by designing an ontology storage structure based on the syntax structure and meaning structure of an ontology language. CONSTITUTION: A meta modeling-based ontology system comprises an ontology syntax analysis/knowledge base generator(100), an ontology knowledge base(400), an ontology relation database(300) and a relation database linking device(600). The ontology syntax analysis/knowledge base generator receives an ontology document prepared in an ontology language, and then extracts a concept element and relation defined in an ontology meta model. The ontology knowledge base is created through the ontology syntax analysis/knowledge base generator and has data of the relation database structure type.
