연속식 닥나무 박피기가 개시된다. 개시된 닥나무 박피기는 베이스 판; 미리 정해진 양의 닥나무를 수용할 수 있도록 공간부가 형성되고, 상기 베이스 판에 대해 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전드럼; 상기 회전드럼의 내부에 회전되게 설치되어, 상기 회전드럼과 반대 방향으로 회전하며, 외주면에 스크류가 마련되어, 상기 회전드럼의 내부에 수용된 닥나무를 전진시키는 회전관; 상기 베이스 판에 설치되고, 상기 회전관을 통해 회전드럼의 내부에 물 또는 증기를 공급시켜주는 온수/증기공급장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A paper mulberry using steam and boiling is provided to automatically conduct peeling process of a paper mulberry skin by boiling effect by a hot water/steam supplying apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A paper mulberry using steam and boiling comprises a housing(100), a rotary drum(200), and a hot water/steam supplying apparatus. The housing has a closable cover. The rotary drum has a space part(210) and is installed in the housing. The hot water/steam supplying apparatus is installed in the outside the housing and supplies hot water or steam into the rotary drum through a rotary shaft of the rotary drum. The rotary drum comprises peel discharge holes(220) with a predetermined gap. Inside the rotary drum, a hitting protrusion(230) is formed. The rotary shaft has a spray chamber(241) and a plurality of spray holes(242).

PURPOSE: A paper mulberry debarker using steam and boiling is provided to debark paper mulberry, which is cut to a predetermined length, through rubbing and rotating as well as steaming the paper mulberry by rotating the paper mulberry using a rotary drum and supplying steam or hot water to the paper mulberry. CONSTITUTION: A paper mulberry debarker using steam and boiling comprises a housing (100) with a cover (110) allowed to be opened and closed; a rotary drum having a space(210) for accommodating a predetermined amount of paper mulberry and a hitting protrusion (230) which is detachably installed therein; a hot water/steam supply device (300) which is installed on the exterior of the housing to supply water or steam to the inside of the rotary drum through a rotary shaft (240) of the rotary drum; an actuator which is installed in the housing to rotate the rotary drum; and a control box (400) including a control unit for controlling the hot water/steam supply deice and the actuator.

PURPOSE: A continuous peeling machine for paper mulberry is provided to conduct automatic peeling process, thereby improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A continuous peeling machine for paper mulberry includes a base plate(50), a rotation drum(200), a rotation pipe(300), hot water or vapor supplying device(400). A space unit(210) is formed in the rotation drum to hold a fixed amount of paper mulberry and to rotate about the base plate. The rotation pipe is installed inside the rotation drum to rotate in the opposite direction of the rotation drum. A screw(310) is placed on the outer surface to move the paper mulberry held inside the rotation drum forward. The hot water or vapor supplying device is installed on the base plate to supply water or vapor inside the rotation drum through the rotation pipe.

PURPOSE: Red pepper paste using Korean wheat, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the improved quality and palatability of the red pepper paste to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red pepper paste using Korean wheat comprises the following steps: mixing 16-22 parts of flour by weight steamed by 120-130 deg C and 8-12 parts of steamed Korean wheat by weight, and injecting 0.15-0.25 parts of koji by weight into the mixture for fermenting at 32-38 deg C for 40-48 hours; adding 4-7 parts of salt by weight and 18-24 parts of water by weight into the fermented mixture; fermenting the mixture at 28-32 deg C for 18-22 days; adding red pepper powder, starch syrup, fermented soybean paste, a Japanese apricot extract, a rubus coreanus extract, alcohol, and minced garlic into the mixture to obtain the red pepper paste; and sterilizing the red pepper paste at 68-70 deg C before cooling at 33-35 deg C and packaging.

본 발명은 된장을 포함하는 돈까스소스 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 전통된장에 토마토케첩, 물과 양념류로서 양파분쇄물, 참깨분쇄물, 맛술과 소스류로서 우스터소스, 스테이크소스와 당류로서 물엿, 올리고당, 백설탕과 향신료로서 허브와 후추 및 물로 이루어진 부재료를 적정한 비율로 배합하여 얻은 전통된장을 포함하는 돈까스소스 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래의 서양조미료 위주의 돈까스소스와 달리 맛이 느끼하지 않으며 된장 특유의 단백하고 깔끔한 맛을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 유아와 청소년들에게 돈까스소스로 제공함으로써 전통 장류에 대해 거부감을 감소시키며, 그리고 소비자들이 가정에서 손쉽게 취식할 수 있는 돈까스소스를 제공하는 데 있다. 된장, 소스, 돈까스

본 발명은 대두를 물에 침지시키고 증자하여 바실러스 서브틸리스( Bacillus

PURPOSE: A pork belly sauce composition is provided to reduce oily taste of pork belly and have delicious taste of soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A pork belly sauce composition contains 17-22 weight% of traditional soy bean paste and sub materials containing leek, seasoning, and oligosaccharide. The composition has 5.0-6.0 of pH concentration, 3.0-4.0% of salinity and 40-45 Brix of sugar. The sub material contains 8.0-15.0 weight% of pulverized leek, 0.5-0.7 weight% of sesame oil, 0.5-0.7 weight% of pulverized sesame, 0.5-0.7 weight% of pulverized garlic, and 0.5-0.7 weight% of powdered hot pepper, 30.0-37.0 weight% of seasoning, and 20.0-25.0 weight% of oligosaccharide.
