    Abstract: A manufacturing method of super paramagnetism iron oxide nanoparticle in which PVLA is coated is provided to prevent instability and agglomeration due to hydrophobicity attraction between super paramagnetism iron oxide nanoparticles and to have emulsifier functions. A manufacturing method of super paramagnetism iron oxide nanoparticle in which PVLA is coated comprises steps of: adding basic solution in ferric chloride aqueous solution and precipitating iron oxide nanoparticle; oxidizing and dialyzing he precipitated ferric oxide nano particle and manufacturing a storage solution; and mixing the PVLA solution into the storage solution and coating it. The iron chloride aqueous solution is mixed solution of the ferric chloride(II)(FeCl2) hydrate and ferric chloride(III) (FeCl3) hydrate. The basic solution is NaOH, potassium hydroxide or ammonia aqueous solution.
