Abstract:
A manufacturing method of super paramagnetism iron oxide nanoparticle in which PVLA is coated is provided to prevent instability and agglomeration due to hydrophobicity attraction between super paramagnetism iron oxide nanoparticles and to have emulsifier functions. A manufacturing method of super paramagnetism iron oxide nanoparticle in which PVLA is coated comprises steps of: adding basic solution in ferric chloride aqueous solution and precipitating iron oxide nanoparticle; oxidizing and dialyzing he precipitated ferric oxide nano particle and manufacturing a storage solution; and mixing the PVLA solution into the storage solution and coating it. The iron chloride aqueous solution is mixed solution of the ferric chloride(II)(FeCl2) hydrate and ferric chloride(III) (FeCl3) hydrate. The basic solution is NaOH, potassium hydroxide or ammonia aqueous solution.

본 발명은 PVLA가 코팅된 초상자성 산화철 나노입자, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 간질환 진단용 조영제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 PVLA가 코팅된 초상자성 산화철 나노입자는 초상자성 산화철 용액(ferrofluid)의 안정성을 확보하고 간에 선택적으로 전달됨으로써 정확하게 간질환을 진단하는 안정한 조영제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 조영제, 초상자성, 산화철 나노입자
