Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a metal foam-graphite heat dissipating sheet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of manufacturing a metal foam-graphite heat dissipating sheet includes: a first step of coating the surface of porous metal foam having multiple pores with functionalized graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide; and a second step of inserting expandable graphite particles in at least some of the pores.
