Abstract: PURPOSE: An active 90 degree phase difference power coupler is provided to couple the power of two signals with the phase difference of the 90 degrees using the active device. CONSTITUTION: A common emitter amplifier(300) amplifies an input signal of a first input terminal. A first phase controller(310) controls the phase of an output signal of a common emitter amplifier. A common collector amplifier(320) amplifies the input signal inputted to the second input terminal. A second phase controller(330) controls the phase of the output signal of the common collector amplifier. The phase difference between the output signals of the common collector amplifier and the common emitter amplifier is 90 degrees.
