Abstract:
A method for setting adaptive network parameters based on a sampling time and a computer-readable medium recording a program for performing the same are provided to change the beacon interval of the entire network and readjust the sampling time of each device, thereby maximizing the efficiency of energy. A sampling time is received from terminal devices, and a beacon interval is set up(S110). A beacon order is determined using the set beacon interval(S120). A new beacon interval is determined using the determined beacon order(S130). The determined new beacon interval is transmitted to the terminal devices(S140). The sampling time of the terminal devices is synchronized with the determined new beacon interval(S150). A sampling order is adaptively determined in every determined beacon interval(S160). A beacon with the adaptively determined beacon order is transmitted(S170).
Abstract:
A media access method based on probability supporting priority and a computer-readable medium recording a program for implementing the same are provided to calculate media access probability by using a sampling time and a beacon interval or calculate subdivided media access probability on the basis of node identification information to add priority to data, thereby reducing collision possibility, reducing power consumption, and preventing the transmission delay of data with higher priority. A media access method based on probability supporting priority comprises the following steps of: setting each parameter for CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance)(S210); setting the priority of media access on the basis of a sampling time and a beacon interval(S220,S230); performing random backoff and CCA(Clear Channel Assignment)(S250,S260); updating the parameter when a medium is not used and determining whether data transmission is appropriate(S290); and performing the transmission of data on the basis of the priority when it is determined that the data transmission is appropriate(S300).
