PURPOSE: A piezoelectric power generator for an emergency situation is provided to generate large electric energy by applying a 15 mode piezoelectric element to the piezoelectric power generator. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(130) includes a left fixture(131) and a right fixture(132). The left fixture is combined with a left side of a frame(110). The right fixture is combined with a right side of the frame. The left side of a first piezoelectric element(170) is bonded to the right side of the left fixture. The right side of a second piezoelectric element(172) is bonded to the left side of the right fixture. A vibrating unit(150) vertically vibrates.
