Abstract: The present invention provides a filtering device and a method thereof for eliminating baseline noise. The filtering device according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a secondary-delaying part including multiple delay units in which an ECG signals are successively shifted; a main-delaying part including the multiple delay units in which the ECG signals outputted from the secondary-delaying part are successively shifted; a gain part multiplying corresponding coefficients to each of the ECG signals temporally stored at the delay units of the main-delaying part for outputting; and a summing part summing the whole outputs of the gain part for generating the filtered ECG signals.
