    Abstract: A method for controlling data transmission in a wireless network system including plural nodes, and a sensor network using the same, and a recording medium are provided to configure a buffer of each node so as to adjust a duty cycle according to a threshold value and the priority of data, thereby improving energy efficiency according to variation of a network traffic, guaranteeing prioritized transmission of emergency data, preventing exclusive use of a transmission medium by a specific node, and maximizing a packet processing rate. A method for controlling data transmission in a wireless network system including plural nodes comprises the following steps of: transmitting an RTS(Request To Send) packet from the first node to the second node within the wireless network system when data is emergency data(S130); when the data is general data, determining whether the amount of data accumulated in a buffer of the first node is larger than a preset threshold value, and if so, transmitting the RTS packet to the second node within the wireless network system(S125); receiving a CTS(Clear To Send) packet from the second node within the wireless network system(S135); performing data transmission from the first node to the second node(S140); starting the operation of a timer having a timeout value when the amount of the data accumulated in the buffer is smaller than the threshold value, when the CTS packet is not received, or when the data transmission is terminated(S150); determining whether the first node receives the RTS packet from nodes including the second node(S155); and making the CTS packet received to the node which has transmitted the RTS packet when RTS packet is received, and receiving the data from the node which has transmitted the RTS packet before jumping to the above fifth step when the reception of data is completed(S160,S140).
