Abstract: 본 발명은 도광판 사출성형용 일체형 스템퍼 금형 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 접합 방식을 이용하여 고정 지그 없이 스템퍼와 코어 금형을 일체형 구조로 구현함으로써 도광판 사출성형용 스템퍼 금형으로 사용 가능하고 금형 세척과정에서 스템퍼를 코어 금형으로부터 탈부착할 필요가 없는 일체형 스템퍼 금형 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 도광판 사출성형용 일체형 스템퍼 금형 제조 방법은 스템퍼와 코어 금형의 접합될 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분에 고온 테이프로 코팅하는 단계; 상기 스템퍼와 코어 금형 접합면에 열경화성 폴리머 또는 용융메탈을 도포하는 단계 및 상기 스템퍼를 코어 금형 위에 포개어 가열하여 접합하는 단계로 이루어짐에 기술적 특징이 있다.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an integration type stamper mold for injection molding of a light guiding plate is provided to simplify the structure of the stamper mold, by manufacturing a stamper and a core mold in an integration type through bonding without using a fixing jig. A high-temperature tape is formed on each of a stamper(300) and a core mold(310), wherein the high-temperature tape is disposed in a region except the overlapping portion of the stamper and the core mold. A heat-hardening polymer or a general adhesive agent is formed on surfaces of the stamper and the core mold correspondingly to the overlapping portion of the stamper and the core mold. The stamper and the core mold are bonded to each other by laying the stamper on the core mold and performing a heating process.
