Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and device for transmitting data is provided to store predetermined data being inputted in real time in a buffer successively and supply the data stored in the buffer for a client in real time. CONSTITUTION: A data source(130) generates data. A data processing unit(140) processes the data being generated from the data source(130). A data buffer block(150) stores and outputs data through a plurality of buffers(151) provided therein. A web server(120) stores output data of the data processing unit(140) in the buffers(151) of the data buffer block(150), reads the data stored in the buffers(151) in accordance with a request of a client(100), and supplies the data to the client(100) through the Internet(110). A recording buffer manager(121) manages a buffer for storing data being output from the data processing unit(140) out of the buffers(151). Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling an Internet phone using a general telephone is provided to perform a telephone call using the general telephone through an Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A voltage converting circuit(241) generates a voltage for driving a general telephone(22). An SLIC(Subscriber Line Interface Circuit)(242) senses the state of the general telephone(22), protects the general telephone(22), supplies a power to the general telephone(22), and performs a ringing function of the general telephone(22). A DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) receiver(243) converts a DTMF signal inputted from the general telephone(22) through the SLIC(242) into a digital value, and generates a digital DTMF value, a DTMF enable signal. A PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) codec(244) converts an analog voice signal inputted from the general telephone(22) into a digital voice signal, and converts a digital voice signal received from an object into an analog signal. An impedance matching unit(245) adjusts an impedance between the DTMF receiver(243) and the PCM codec(244) to smoothly perform a telephone call, and prevents an echo by a signal generated between a telephone receiver and a telephone transmitter of the general telephone(22) and a signal generated from the object. An interface control unit(246) senses the state of the general telephone(22), controls a ringing and dialing, and transmits a protocol for a packet network and the DTMF signal and voice signal for interface.
