    Abstract: PURPOSE: An all optical fiber interferometer wavelength multiplexer/demultiplexer is provided, which is fabricated easily and is stable as to external environment with a narrow bandwidth. CONSTITUTION: The all optical fiber interferometer wavelength multiplexer/demultiplexer includes the first optical fiber coupler(30), the second optical fiber coupler(40) and a number of interference path lines(51,52) connecting the first optical fiber coupler and the second optical fiber coupler. At least one of the interference path lines is constituted with a single optical fiber and thus connects the first optical fiber coupler with the second optical fiber coupler without a contact point. The interference path lines are fixed to a fixing plate constituted with a material having an opposite thermal expansion coefficient to the optical fiber. The interference path line without a contact point has a constant phase difference from other interference path lines by being heated.
