Abstract: The present invention relates to a beauty tool for treating hair, which generates steam in order to make hair soft and shiny. The present invention provides a beauty tool for treating hair, which comprises a first body unit having a first heating plate with steam holes for discharging steam, and a pumping unit injecting air by a pressing action; a second body unit having a second heating plate installed to face to the first heating plate and heating, and a pressing unit making a pair with the first body unit to perform a pressing action at the pumping unit; a water accommodation unit capable of attaching/detaching to the first body unit, and supplying water to the first heating plate so as to generate steam at the first heating plate; a hinge unit installed on one end of the first and second body units, and having an elastic member providing a restoring force when the first or second body unit rotates; and a control unit installed in any one of the first and second body units, and controlling the electric power and the temperature. When the pressing unit presses the pumping unit to apply pressure, air is introduced into the water accommodation unit, and the water accommodated in the water accommodation unit is supplied to the first heating plate by the introduced air.
