Abstract: 본 발명은 압축공기 분사식 청소차에 관한 것이다.
본 발명 청소차는 차체(10)에 설치된 쓰레기 저장실(20)과 도로면 사이에 경사 유입관(30)이 설치되고, 유입관 하단의 돔형 제 1 덮개부(40)내에 압축공기를 분사하는 분사노즐(52)과 압축공기 분사에 의해 도로면으로부터 이탈된 쓰레기를 유입관으로 압송하는 제1,2회전축(61)(67)이 설치된다. 이들 회전축의 외주면에는 나선형 날개부가 대칭으로 형성된다. 쓰레기 저장실(20)와 분진통진망(72)에 의해 구분되는 집진실(71)에 설치되어 회전운동하며 그 내주면에 나선형 날개가 형성된 제 1 통상부재(110)와, 이의 외면에 끼워설치된 제 2 통상부재(130)에 의해 분진이 흡입되어 분리된다. 집진실 부근에는 무화수분 분무노즐(75)이 설치된다.
본 발명에서는 회전축의 압송과 통상부재의 흡입에 의해 쓰레기 함유공기를 흡입하고 통상부재의 정전기 및 원심력에 의해 분진이 분리된다.
