Abstract: 본 발명은 부유물 농도측정장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 하수처리장, 폐수처리장, 분뇨처리장 등의 포기조 내에 농도측정장치가 비침지형으로 설치되어 발광부와 수광부가 피처리수와 접촉하지 않도록 함으로써 오염물질에 의해 오염되지 않고, 포기조 부유물 농도를 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 포기조의 부유물 농도 측정장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 오폐수 처리장 포기조의 부유물 농도를 측정하는 부유물 농도 측정장치에 있어서, 하부면이 개방되어 있는 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부 공간에 피처리수와 비접촉식으로 설치되고 하부로 빛을 조사하는 발광부; 상기 하우징 내부 공간에 피처리수와 비접촉식으로 설치되고, 상기 발광부로부터 조사된 후 부유물에 부딪혀 반사되는 빛이 입사되는 수광부; 상기 하우징이 포기조 수면 위로 뜰 수 있도록 하며, 하우징 내 피처리수 수위를 일정하게 유지하는 부기; 및 상기 오폐수내 와류를 정류하고 기포를 분리하는 정류장치를 포함함에 기술적 특징이 있다.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for measuring suspended solids in an aeration tank are provided to prevent contamination of the light emitting and receiving parts due to the contact with waste water. An apparatus for measuring suspended solids in an aeration tank comprises a housing(110) with open bottom, a light-emitting part(120) which is installed inside the housing, avoiding contact the waste water, and emits light, a light-receiving part(130) in which the light which is emitted from the light-emitting part and reflected from suspended solids after collision enters, a float(300) to maintain the specific water level in the housing, and a refining device(200) for refining the vortex in the waste water and separating bubble.
