Abstract: 수면 중 코골이를 방지하기 위해 구강 내에 착용하도록 마련된 것으로, 장치의 부피가 콤팩트화 됨과 동시에 착용감이 향상되도록 마련된 코골이 방지장치가 개시된다. 이러한 코골이 방지장치는 윗니들이 끼워지는 윗니끼움홈을 구비하여 상악에 장착되도록 마련된 상악장착틀; 아랫니들이 끼워지는 아랫니끼움홈을 구비하여 하악에 장착되도록 마련된 하악장착틀; 및 상악과 하악 사이가 다물어질 경우 상기 하악장착틀을 앞쪽으로 밀어 하악을 전진시키도록 상악 중앙의 앞니 쪽에 대응하는 부위의 상기 상악장착틀에 마련된 밀대를 포함하는 하악전진유닛;을 포함하도록 구성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A snoring prevention device is provided to wear in a mouth to prevent snoring during sleep and to improve wearing comfort simultaneous making a device volume to be compact. CONSTITUTION: A snoring prevention apparatus is equipped with an upper jaw installation frame (20), a lower jaw installation frame (30), and a lower jaw forwarding frame (40). The upper jaw installation frame is equipped with an upper jaw inserting groove in which upper tooth are inserted and prepared to be installed to the upper jaw. The lower jaw installation frame is equipped with a lower tooth insertion groove in which lower tooth are inserted. The lower jaw forwarding unit includes a pushrod (50) prepared on the upper installation frame in a place corresponding to the front tooth in the center of the upper jaw to send forward the lower jaw pushing the lower jaw installation frame to the front when a space between the upper jaw and the lower jaw are shut; and a pushed part (60) prepared on a lower jaw installation frame in a part corresponding to the front tooth in the center of the lower jaw to push forward by the pushrod when the upper jaw and the lower jaw are shut.
