Abstract: PURPOSE: An apartment type pigpen having a compost fermentation place is provided to make soil healthy by separating pig ordure and pig urea and fermenting the wastes, to recycle the pig ordure, and to reduce used amount of an organic fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing an apartment type pigpen(100) having a compost fermentation place comprises the following steps: separating pig ordure and pig urea in a pig room(10) which is prepared in the longitudinal direction of the pigpen; transferring the pig ordure which is collected through a pig ordure collection box to a first fermentation place; fermenting the pig ordure while storing the ordure in a lamina state to enlarge a fermentation area per a unit area; transferring the pig ordure to a lower layer through a compost feed hopper; and secondarily fermenting and drying the pig ordure.
