Abstract: PURPOSE: An aging system of an anchovy ship is provided to prevent an environmental pollution by minimizing an oil consumption and preventing an outflow of oil. CONSTITUTION: An aging system contains an aging tank(2) to age anchovies; a collecting device(12) of solar heat to collect solar heat energies; a heat exchanger(14) to thermally exchange the collected energy in the collecting device; a hot water storage tank(22) to store heated water by the thermal exchange; and a supplying device(16) to supply the stored water of the hot water storage tank into the aging tank. By using the solar energy as a main heating source and using an existing burner as an assistant heating source, the energy is saved and the environment is secured.
