본 발명은 약 0 내지 약 10중량%의 Co, 약 18 내지 약 22중량%의 Cr, 약 0.2 내지 약 0.7중량%의 Al, 약 15 내지 약 28중량%의 총 내화 원소들, 약 0.09중량% 이하의 C, 약 0.06중량% 이하의 Zr, 약 0.015중량% 이하의 B, 약 0.4 내지 약 1.2중량%의 Mn, 약 0.2 내지 약 0.45중량%의 Si 및 나머지의 Ni를 포함하는 고용 강화된 초합금 용접용 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: To provide a superalloy weld composition for nickel base superalloy parts which is subjected to solid solution strengthening. CONSTITUTION: This composition contains, by weight, about 0 to about 10% Co, about 18 to about 22% Cr, about 0.2 to about 0.7% Al, about 15 to about 28% of the sum of refractory elements, up to about 0.09% C, up to about 0.06% Zr, up to about 0.015% B, about 0.4 to about 1.2% Mn, about 0.2 to about 0.45% Si, and the balance Ni.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A repairing material is provided to use for repairing a turbine and its components and to have the larger oxidizing resistance, the crack resistance and the hardness than an existing repairing material. CONSTITUTION: A composition contains: a cobalt of 10.0-15.0atom%; a chrome of 24.0-30.0atom%; a carbon of 0.2-0.3atom%; a boron of 0.02-0.05atom%; a zirconium of 0.02-0.05atom%; an aluminum of 0.4-3.0atom%; more than one fireproof materials selected from a group composed of a molybdenum, a tantalum, a tungsten, a niobium and a rhenium; and a rest of nickel. The fireproof material contains more than one molybdenum and tantalum. The molybdenum is offered as 2.0-7.0atom% and the tantalum is offered as 0.75-4.0atom%.
